Taslim Nasa, 200206502003. Implementation of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) in Vocational High Schools through Practicum Activities in the Electronics Workshop at SMKN 2 Takalar. Thesis. Vocational Mechatronics Education Study Program, Department of Electronics and Information Technology Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, Universitas Negeri Makassar (Supervised by: [oleh Prof. Yasser Abd Djawad, S.T.,M.Sc.,PhD] and [Dr. Ir. Edy Sabara. M.Si.,IPM]) This study aims to determine the level of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) principles implementation by students, identify the supporting and inhibiting factors of OHS effectiveness, and analyze the relationship and influence of OHS cultural components (knowledge, attitudes, and behavior) on the success of OHS practice in the Electronics Workshop of SMKN 2 Takalar. This type of research is descriptive quantitative with a correlational approach. The research population involved all students majoring in Electronics at SMKN 2 Takalar with a sample of 90 respondents determined using proportional random sampling technique. Data collection was conducted through closed questionnaires, practical observation sheets, and workshop facilities checklists. Data analysis used descriptive statistics and inferential statistics (Pearson Product Moment correlation test and simple linear regression test) processed with the assistance of SPSS software. The results showed that the level of OHS implementation in the electronics workshop generally runs very effectively and is in the Very Good category. This is evidenced by the average student knowledge score of 91.27 (Very Good), attitude of 4.39 (Very High), behavior of 4.23 (High), and the achievement of students ' OHS practical performance which reached an average score of 94.41 (Very Competent). The main supporting factor is the high feasibility of workshop safety infrastructure, which reached 94.72% (Highly Feasible). Conversely, a minor inhibiting factor lies in the neatness aspect of electrical cable installations in certain workbench areas with the lowest feasibility score of 85.56% Partial inferential analysis proves that there is a positive and significant relationship between OHS Knowledge (r=0,612 ;sig.=0,000), Sikap K3 K3 (r=0,545 ;sig.=0,000), and OHS Behavior (r=0,724 ;sig.=0,000) on students' OHS Practices. Furthermore, the simple linear regression test confirms the positive and significant influence of integral OHS Culture on students' OHS Practice achievements siswa (Y ̂=24,15+0,685X∶ t_(hitung ) 8,142;sig.=0,000<0,05) with a coefficient of determination (R Square) value of 0.469. This indicates that the variation in the quality of students' OHS practices is determined by OHS Culture factors by 46.9%, while the remaining 53.1% is influenced by other variables outside the research model. It was also found that there is a dynamic gap analysis showing that the higher the student's grade level (Grade XII), the gap between attitude (intention) and actual behavior (action) narrows (a difference of only 0.10), indicating the success of sustainable OHS culture internalization in schools.
