This study aims to determine the effect of Agility Ladder Drills training on Change of Direction Speed among female basketball extracurricular participants at SMKN 1 Kebumen for the 2025/2026 academic year. This research is a type of quantitative study using the One Group Pretest-Posttest Design experimental method, where one group of individuals is given a pre-test, followed by training using the Agility Ladder, and then a post-test, with a total of 12 meetings. The research subjects numbered 11 people. The sample used was total sampling. The instrument chosen was the Illinois Agility Test. The data analysis used included descriptive tests, normality tests using Shapiro Wilk, and influence tests using the T-test. The research results show that after conducting agility training with the Agility Ladder, the time taken decreased, indicating that speed or agility improved. This is also evidenced by an average difference of 3.63 and a significance value of p = 0.001, with a significance value smaller than 0.05 (p < 0.05). In addition, the large effect size of 6.31 can be concluded that Agility Ladder Drills have a very significant impact on improving participants' Change of Direction Speed.
