This study is motivated by the growing importance of student well-being as a key indicator of educational success, encompassing not only academic achievement but also students’ physical, psychological, social, and cognitive well-being. The Adiwiyata Program represents a strategic effort to create a healthy, comfortable, and sustainable school environment that supports students’ overall development. This research aims to analyze the implementation of the Adiwiyata Program in enhancing student well-being at SMA Negeri 1 Paiton. A qualitative approach with a case study design was employed. Data were collected through observations, in-depth interviews, and documentation involving the principal, Adiwiyata Program coordinator, teachers, and students as research informants. Data analysis followed the Miles and Huberman model, including data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings reveal that the Adiwiyata Program contributes to students’ physical well-being through a clean and healthy school environment, psychological well-being through increased comfort and learning motivation, social well-being through participatory activities that strengthen relationships among school members, and cognitive well-being through environmental-based learning that promotes critical thinking and problem-solving skills. These findings indicate that the Adiwiyata Program serves as an effective strategy for fostering comprehensive and sustainable student well-being.
