Generation Z is known as a generation that has a close relationship with digital technology, creativity, and high adaptability. The involvement of Generation Z in the qurban animal business sector is an interesting topic of study because this business has seasonal characteristics, market uncertainty, and requires the ability to build consumer trust. This study aims to analyze the form of the entrepreneurial mindset of Generation Z in managing and developing a qurban animal business at Asyifa Animal Farm. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data were obtained through in-depth interviews with business owners, field observations, and documentation. Data analysis was conducted through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, conclusion drawing, and verification. The results show that the entrepreneurial mindset of Generation Z in the qurban animal business is reflected through several main aspects, namely the ability to identify business opportunities, the courage to take calculated risks, creativity and innovation in marketing, and the ability to develop business networks. This study shows that business success is not only determined by economic capital but is also influenced by an entrepreneurial mindset that is adaptive, innovative, and capable of dealing with business uncertainty.
