The problem of this study was the low level of children's learning activities, creativity, independence, and cognitive development, particularly in classifying objects based on shape and color. The purpose of this study was to analyze the improvement of children's learning activities, creativity, independence, and cognitive development through the MENGARANG model. This study employed Classroom Action Research conducted in four meetings through the stages of planning, action, observation, and reflection. The research was carried out in Group B of PAUD Mutiara Ibu, involving 11 children. Data were collected through observation. The data were analyzed using qualitative and quantitative methods. The results showed improvements in children's development at the fourth meeting through the implementation of the MENGARANG model. Teacher activity reached 92%, which was categorized as very good, Children's learning activities reached 100%, categorized as all children being active. Children's creativity reached 90%, categorized as almost all children being creative. Children's independence reached 100%, categorized as all children being independent. Furthermore, children's cognitive development reached 100% mastery, achieving the expected developmental criteria of Developing as Expected and Very Well Developed.
