This study aims to develop interactive, PowerPoint-based learning media integrated with instructional videos, focusing on the topic of student ethics toward teachers at MTs Miftahussudur. The study was motivated by the prevailing reliance on lecture-based methods in Islamic Religious Education, which resulted in low student engagement and comprehension, particularly regarding topics involving the affective domain. The research employed the Research and Development (R&D) method using the ADDIE model, comprising the stages of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The research subjects were eighth-grade students at MTs Miftahussudur. Data collection techniques included questionnaires and learning outcome tests (pre-test and post-test). The results indicate that the developed learning media received a highly positive response from students, achieving an average score of 91.25%, which falls into the "excellent" category. Furthermore, a significant improvement in learning outcomes was observed, with the average score rising from 66.40 on the pre-test to 88.75 on the post-test. Integrating PowerPoint media with instructional videos, simulations, quizzes, and reflection activities enhanced student engagement and facilitated the internalization of ethical values in a more concrete and contextual manner. Consequently, the developed learning media is deemed effective, practical, and suitable for use in Islamic Religious Education instruction.
