Delays in receiving information from disaster warning systems that still rely on traditional and manual methods are one of the factors contributing to low community preparedness in the face of potential threats. To address this issue, this study designed and developed a web-based Warning Disaster Information System (SIPDA) using the Laravel framework, capable of delivering notifications quickly, accurately, and in an easily accessible manner. The system was developed using a Research and Development (R&D) approach covering data collection, planning, design, implementation, testing, and evaluation stages. It is equipped with a real-time monitoring dashboard, an interactive Leaflet.js-based map, a community reporting feature, a handling-priority mechanism based on status and severity level, and automatic notifications. Black box testing on 29 functional scenarios and user acceptance testing (UAT) on 15 scenarios both achieved a 100% success rate, indicating that SIPDA is feasible to be implemented as an efficient digital mitigation tool to enhance community preparedness in Bandung City.
