Thermochemistry is one of the chemistry topics that is considered abstract and complex, making it difficult for students to understand. This study aimed to develop an interactive thermochemistry electronic student worksheet (E-LKPD) based on structured inquiry using Liveworksheet for Phase F Grade XI Senior High School students. The research employed the Educational Design Research (EDR) approach using the Plomp model, limited to the preliminary research and prototyping phases. The validation process involved three lecturers from the Department of Chemistry Education, Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, Universitas Negeri Padang, while the one-to-one evaluation was conducted with three students representing different levels of academic ability. The data was analyzed using Aiken's V index. The results showed that the developed E-LKPD achieved a validity score of 0,94 The one-to-one evaluation indicated that the product was visually appealing, easy to use, and supported students in understanding thermochemistry concepts. Therefore, the developed E-LKPD was declared valid as a teaching material for chemistry learning in Phase F Grade XI Senior High School.
