This study aims to analyze the efforts of the Madiun Regional Police in addressing public facility vandalism following convoys and mass celebrations. This empirical legal research employed a qualitative approach through literature review, documentation, and interviews. The findings indicate that the Madiun Regional Police implemented pre-emptive measures through legal education and community guidance, preventive measures through patrols, risk mapping, and crowd security, as well as repressive measures through investigation and law enforcement. The main obstacles include limited personnel, low public legal awareness, and difficulties in identifying perpetrators within crowds.
