This study aims to describe the role of human resource management on teacher performance at Baiturrahmah Kindergarten. The focus of the study includes how the main functions of human resource management such as planning for teacher needs, recruitment processes, training and professional development, supervision, and performance assessment are implemented in schools and how they affect the quality of teacher work. The study uses a qualitative descriptive approach with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation during the implementation of School Field Practice (PLP). The results of the study indicate that good human resource management, such as regular coaching, relevant training, and effective communication between the principal and teachers, has a significant contribution to teacher discipline, motivation, and responsibility. This study confirms that the implementation of optimal human resource management at Baiturrahmah Kindergarten plays a significant role in realizing professional teacher performance and supporting the improvement of educational quality.
