Teacher-centered biology instruction often limits students' engagement, resulting in suboptimal self-management skills and learning outcomes on the Immune System topic. This study aimed to examine the effect of Deep Learning assisted by the Gimkit learning media on students' self-management and learning outcomes in Grade XI of SMA Negeri Mumbulsari during the 2025/2026 academic year. A quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental method using a Nonequivalent Control Group Design was employed. The sample consisted of an experimental class and a control class selected through purposive sampling. Self-management data were collected using questionnaires and observation sheets, while learning outcomes were measured through pretests and posttests. Data were analyzed using normality, homogeneity, and Mann–Whitney U tests. The findings revealed that Deep Learning assisted by Gimkit had no significant effect on students' self-management (Sig. = 0.107 > 0.05), but significantly improved learning outcomes (Sig. = 0.001 < 0.05). This study contributes to the implementation of technology-enhanced innovative learning in biology education. However, the findings are limited by the use of participants from a single school, restricting broader generalization
