Digital technology development has significantly affected education. However, a preliminary study found that the use of digital learning media in Pendidikan Pancasila lessons for fourth-grade elementary students was not yet optimal; learning was still dominated by textbooks and lecturing, leaving students less active and engaged. This study aims to produce a Wordwall medium based on Problem Based Learning that is valid, practical, and effective for teaching Pendidikan Pancasila in grade IV elementary school. This is a research and development (R&D) study using the 4-D model, consisting of Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate stages. Data collected covered the validity, practicality, and effectiveness of the medium. The validity test obtained percentages of 91.66% from the material expert, 93.75% from the language expert, and 93.75% from the media expert, with an overall average validity of 93.05% in the “very valid” category. The practicality test in three schools showed teacher scores ranging from 89.28% to 96.42% and student scores ranging from 92.99% to 95.83%, both in the “very practical” category. The effectiveness test showed percentages of 98.63% at SDN 30 Cengkeh, 94.16% at SDN 15 Koto Lalang, and 97.50% at SDN 10 Lubuk Begalung, all in the “very effective” category. It is concluded that the Wordwall medium based on Problem Based Learning is valid, practical, and effective in supporting the learning of Pendidikan Pancasila in grade IV elementary school.
