<![CDATA[Critical thinking skills are one of the important competencies that need to be developed in 21st century learning, especially at the elementary school level. However, the science learning process in elementary schools still tends to be teacher-centered so that student engagement in learning is not optimal. This study aims to improve the critical thinking skills of fourth-grade students through the application of the Game Based Learning model integrated with TPACK on the material of changes in energy forms. This study uses a qualitative approach with the type of Classroom Action Research which is carried out in two cycles. The subjects of the study were fourth-grade students of UPTD SD Negeri 11 Bireuen, totaling 28 students. Data collection techniques used were tests, observations, and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques used were analysis of critical thinking skills, observation analysis and response analysis. The results of the study showed that there was an increase in students' critical thinking skills from cycle I to cycle II. In cycle I, the percentage of classical student completeness was 53%, while in cycle II it increased to 89%. Teacher and student activities increased from 87% in cycle I to 92% in cycle II. In addition, student responses to learning showed very positive results with an average percentage of 89.5%. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the application of the TPACK integrated Game Based Learning model is effective in improving students' critical thinking skills and can create active, fun, and meaningful learning.]]>
