<![CDATA[This study aimed to analyze the influence of the principal's servant leadership style, organizational culture, and work engagement on teacher performance at Islamic Centre Private Senior High Schools, Cluster 1, Karawaci District, Tangerang City. The study employed a quantitative approach using a survey method. The research population consisted of 243 teachers, while the sample comprised 151 respondents, determined using the Slovin formula. Data were collected through a Likert-scale questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and multiple linear regression analysis. The findings revealed that the principal's servant leadership style, organizational culture, and work engagement simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on teacher performance. This was evidenced by the ANOVA test results, which showed an F-value of 619.686, exceeding the F-table value of 2.67, with a significance level of 0.000 (p < 0.05), indicating that the regression model was statistically significant. Partially, servant leadership had a positive and significant effect on teacher performance with a regression coefficient (β) of 0.348 and a t-value of 8.166, which was greater than the t-table value of 1.976. Organizational culture also had a positive and significant effect on teacher performance with a regression coefficient (β) of 0.254 and a t-value of 6.071, exceeding the t-table value of 1.976. Likewise, work engagement had a positive and significant effect on teacher performance with a regression coefficient (β) of 0.223 and a t-value of 5.034, which was also greater than the t-table value of 1.976. The coefficient of determination (R² = 0.927) indicated that 92.7% of the variance in teacher performance could be explained by the three independent variables, while the remaining 7.3% was attributable to other factors outside the research model.]]>
