This classroom action research aimed to improve students' cognitive learning outcomes in Pancasila Education through the Teams Games Tournament (TGT) learning model based on a growth mindset. The study was motivated by low student participation, low self-confidence, and poor learning outcomes. Research was conducted in two cycles comprising planning, action implementation, observation, and reflection stages, with class VII-H at SMPN 12 Malang as subjects. Data were collected through tests, observations, and documentation. Results showed the growth mindset-based TGT model created a more active, collaborative, and enjoyable learning atmosphere. The class average rose from 58.87 (pre-cycle) to 74.19 (Cycle I) and 87.42 (Cycle II), while mastery rates improved from 19.35% to 58.06% and finally 96.77%. This study concludes that the growth mindset-based TGT model is effective in improving students' cognitive learning outcomes in Pancasila Education.
