<![CDATA[This article examines the stylistic aspects of the song lyrics in Sal Priadi's album “Markers and Such Pens Flashdisks” and explores their potential as teaching materials for literary appreciation in senior high schools. The study is motivated by the development of Indonesian popular music, which functions not only as entertainment but also as a medium of literary expression characterized by aesthetic and emotional language. This research employs a qualitative descriptive method with a stylistic approach to analyze figurative language, diction, imagery, and symbolism in the song lyrics. The findings reveal that the lyrics are characterized by poetic, reflective, personal, and contextual language. The dominant stylistic features include metaphor, personification, symbolism, and repetition, which contribute to the construction of connotative meaning, strengthen emotional expression, and provide broad interpretive possibilities for listeners. In addition to their aesthetic value, the lyrics are relevant as teaching materials for literary appreciation in senior high schools because they contain stylistic elements aligned with Indonesian language learning and closely reflect students' experiences. Therefore, “Markers and Such Pens Flashdisks” possesses not only artistic value as a popular music album but also significant potential as a contextual, creative, and innovative resource for literature instruction.]]>
