This study aims to develop a learning medium in the form of a character education-based cooperative hopscotch game for the Pancasila Education subject for fourth grade students at SDN 3 Ampenan. This study employed a Research and Development (R&D) approach using Sugiyono's development model, which consists of ten stages: potential and problem analysis, data collection, product design, design validation, design revision, product testing, product revision, usage testing, product revision, and mass production. The research was conducted at SDN 3 Ampenan, Mataram City, West Nusa Tenggara, in June 2026. The development process produced a hopscotch learning medium consisting of a 150 cm × 225 cm playing mat printed on 280 gsm vinyl material, complemented by question cards, a gacuk (hopscotch marker), and user instructions. The material expert validation results obtained a score of 92%, categorized as very feasible, while the media expert validation results reached 91%, also categorized as very feasible. Furthermore, the practicality assessment of the hopscotch learning medium in the large-group trial obtained a score of 88%, while the teacher response assessment reached 91%, both categorized as very practical. Therefore, the character education-based cooperative hopscotch learning medium for the fourth-grade Pancasila Education subject is considered highly feasible and practical for use in the learning process.
