<![CDATA[This study examines the effect of congregational prayer activities on the moral character (akhlakul karimah) of students at SMAN 6 Bone. The study was motivated by the importance of fostering worship habits as a means of developing students’ moral character in the school environment. The research aimed to describe the implementation of congregational prayer activities, identify the level of students’ moral character, and analyze the effect of congregational prayer activities on students’ moral character. A quantitative correlational approach was employed with a sample of 59 tenth-grade students selected from a population of 294 students. Data were collected through observation, questionnaires, and documentation and analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics with IBM SPSS Statistics 27, including validity, reliability, and normality tests, Pearson correlation, simple linear regression, t-test, F-test, and coefficient of determination. The findings indicate that both congregational prayer activities (mean = 3.29) and students’ moral character (mean = 3.26) were categorized as good. Simple linear regression analysis revealed that congregational prayer activities had a positive and significant effect on students’ moral character (t = 4.167, p < 0.05). The correlation coefficient (r = 0.483) indicated a moderate positive relationship, while the coefficient of determination (R² = 0.233) showed that congregational prayer activities contributed 23.3% to students’ moral character. These findings suggest that regular participation in congregational prayer plays a significant role in strengthening students’ moral character at SMAN 6 Bone.]]>
