This study aims to analyze the influence of business experience, motivation, and creativity on the business performance of small and medium-sized grocery stores in Bekasi City, both partially and simultaneously. The study employs a quantitative approach with a descriptive-explanatory design. The sample consisted of 120 MSME owners selected using purposive and accidental sampling techniques. Data were collected through a questionnaire and analyzed using multiple linear regression with IBM SPSS Statistics 27. The results indicate that business experience and creativity have a positive and significant effect on business performance, whereas motivation does not have a significant effect. Collectively, business experience, motivation, and creativity have a significant effect on business performance, explaining 35.3% of the variation in business performance. These findings indicate that increasing business experience and creativity are key factors in improving the performance of grocery MSMEs in Bekasi City. Therefore, MSME owners need to continue developing their experience, knowledge, and creativity to enhance their competitiveness and maintain business performance amid intense business competition.
