This study aims to design a collaborative training model for multicultural employees in order to improve communication effectiveness at Klinik Harita Nickel Obi. The study is based on the condition of a workplace characterized by cultural, linguistic, and communication diversity, which gives rise to several barriers such as misunderstandings, different interpretations of messages, and less effective coordination among employees. To address this issue, the study employed a qualitative descriptive approach through observation, interviews, and document analysis. The findings indicate that communication among multicultural employees has not yet been fully effective because differences still exist in how messages are delivered and received. The study also reveals that employees need communication training that is not limited to theoretical understanding, but also provides opportunities for active participation, discussion, simulation, and shared reflection. Based on these findings, the study develops a collaborative training model using the IPOO (Input, Process, Output, and Outcome) approach, systematically designed according to the communication needs of a multicultural workplace. The model is expected to serve as a foundation for developing more structured, applicable, and relevant training to enhance communication effectiveness among employees.
