The increasingly intense competition in the hospitality industry requires hotels to maintain optimal employee performance. However, Renaissance Bali Uluwatu Resort & Spa continues to experience fluctuations in employee performance, which are presumed to be influenced by teamwork, communication, and knowledge sharing that have not yet been implemented optimally. This study aims to analyze the effect of teamwork, communication, and knowledge sharing on employee performance. This study employed an associative quantitative approach using multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS version 26. The sample consisted of 148 permanent employees from 11 departments, selected through proportional random sampling based on the Krejcie and Morgan table. Primary data were collected using a Likert-scale questionnaire. The results of the analysis indicate that teamwork (β = 0.188), communication (β = 0.179), and knowledge sharing (β = 0.195) each have a positive and significant effect on employee performance (sig. = 0.000). Simultaneously, these three variables explain 44.7% of the variance in employee performance. This study concludes that improving cross-departmental coordination, enhancing the effectiveness of internal communication, and fostering a knowledge-sharing culture are key strategies for improving employee performance in the five-star hospitality industry.
