This research is motivated by the gap between the availability of competent technical talent and the actual needs of the digital industry, where the majority of interns often exhibit a mismatch between practical technical competencies and company project qualification standards, particularly regarding proficiency in modern tools and understanding of industry best practices or the software development life cycle. Based on the data analysis, the internship program effectiveness variable reached a "Very High" category of 87.57%, driven by the relevance of technical materials and clean code implementation, while the Software Engineering technical competence variable also achieved a "Very High" rating of 84.92%, with system analysis documentation identified as the most mastered skill. Statistically, the study concludes that internship program effectiveness has a positive and significant impact on improving participants' technical competence, contributing 76.6% with a very strong correlation (R = 0.875), thereby confirming that the structured program at Inovindo Academy effectively enhances the work readiness of digital talent despite a remaining need to strengthen compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to further bridge the existing gap.
