Electricity scarcity is a major issue in the remote area of Kampung Sau Uram (Warabiyai Urban Village, Sausapor District, Tambrauw Regency). This study aims to describe the levels of electricity scarcity and consumer satisfaction, as well as to analyze the impact of such scarcity on satisfaction, employing a quantitative approach with descriptive and associative methods. Data were collected from 64 respondents selected via incidental sampling. Data collection techniques included observation, questionnaires, and documentation, with research instruments tested for validity and reliability. Analysis techniques encompassed descriptive statistics, data normality testing, simple linear regression, hypothesis testing, and the coefficient of determination test. The results indicate that electricity scarcity has a weak negative relationship with consumer satisfaction and does not exert a statistically significant influence, as the significance value was below the required threshold of 0.05. The coefficient of determination test revealed that the scarcity variable accounted for only 1.0% of the variation in satisfaction, while the remaining 99% was influenced by factors not examined in this study. This study serves as a basis for improving electricity services in remote areas.
