<![CDATA[Non-communicable diseases (NCDs) such as hypertension and diabetes mellitus are major causes of illness and death among productive age populations. The main risk factors for NCDs include high blood pressure and uncontrolled blood glucose levels. Sukoharjo Regency continues to face a high burden of NCDs. In 2022, there were 263,830 recorded cases of hypertension and 17,547 cases of diabetes mellitus. A 2024 study also reported a hypertension prevalence of 20.50% and diabetes mellitus prevalence of 70.20%. This community service activity aimed to conduct early detection and prevention efforts for non-communicable diseases through blood pressure and random blood glucose examinations among productive-age residents in Banmati Village, Sukoharjo. The examination involved 69 respondents aged 25–60 years, selected using a purposive sampling method. Data were collected through direct health examinations and structured interviews. The results showed that 43.50% of respondents had random blood glucose levels above 120 mg/dL, and 26.10% had blood pressure above 120/80 mmHg. These findings indicate that a considerable proportion of productive-age residents are at high risk for hypertension and diabetes mellitus. Through this activity, the community received education on the importance of regular health check-ups, balanced diet, physical activity, and stress management as preventive measures against NCDs.]]>
