Tuberculosis (TBC) is a highly dangerous infectious disease that attacks organs, especially the lungs. This disease is caused by the bacterium Mycobacterium tuberculosis. The purpose of this study was to determine the correlation of knowledge and attitudes of pulmonary TB patients towards adherence to taking pulmonary TB medication at the Tanjung Morawa Health Center. This research is an analytic observational study, designed with a cross sectional approach, and examined 75 patients as samples obtained through the Quata Sampling Technique. Research data were collected through interviews using a questionnaire, and analyzed by Chi Square test. The results showed the level of knowledge of respondents about adherence to taking TB medication: in the good category were 70 people (93.3%) and in the fair category were 5 people (6.7%); the level of attitude of the respondents: in the good category are 51 people (68%) and in the fair category are 2 people (27.7%); Respondent compliance level: 51 people (68%) were very good, 22 people (29.3) in the moderately obedient category and 2 people (2.7%) in the less obedient category.
