<![CDATA[Family support for members with DM is also still very low when it comes to providing care. Diabetes mellitus, or DM, requires long-term treatment, so some patients have a hard time sticking to their nursing care plans. Complications in DM patients can worsen their health, sometimes even leading to amputation due to circulation issues, which makes wound healing difficult. This study aims to analyze the correlation between family support and wound healing in diabetes mellitus patients. The research uses a quantitative approach with a cross-sectional study design. The sample was chosen using non-probability sampling with an accidental technique, consisting of 30 DM patients. Family support data was collected using an interview questionnaire, while wound healing data was collected through observation. The data was analyzed using Pearson correlation coefficient test with a=0.05. Patients received high emotional support and appraisal support from their families at 66.6%, and DM wound healing was in the healthy tissue category at 66.6%. The strongest correlation coefficient (r) found was between emotional support and appraisal support, which was (r=0.874). Family support has a significant positive correlation with wound healing in DM patients (p<0.05). Family support is very important for wound healing in DM patients, so that the health of DM patients can be optimally achieved.]]>
