The Influence of Career Perception and Trikon Understanding on Career Intentions in the Field of Taxation

This study examines the influence of career perception and Trikon understanding on students’ career intentions in taxation. A quantitative approach was employed using primary data collected through questionnaires. The study involved 107 students of the Accounting Study Program at Universitas Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa, Yogyakarta, selected using convenience sampling. Data was analyzed using SPSS. The results indicate that career perception and Trikon understanding positively influence students’ career intentions in taxation. These findings suggest that positive career perceptions and a stronger understanding of Trikon principles can encourage students to pursue taxation careers and recognize their sustainable career opportunities.
