This study addresses inconsistent findings by examining the effects of capital structure, company size, and profitability on company value among financial-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2023–2025. Using a quantitative associative design, annual financial statements from 25 purposively selected companies were analyzed through panel-data regression in EViews. The random-effects model shows that company size and profitability positively and significantly affect company value, whereas capital structure has no significant effect; jointly, the three variables significantly affect company value. These findings imply that managers and investors should prioritize asset management and profitability when enhancing or assessing company value. Keywords: Capital Structure; Company Size; Profitability; Company Value; Financial Sector; Indonesia Stock Exchange; Panel Data Regression.
