Digital connectivity creates workplace telepressure that may increase burnout and threaten employee retention. This study examines the effects of workplace telepressure and perceived organizational support on turnover intention through burnout. Using a cross-sectional quantitative design, data from 130 Indonesian professionals were collected through purposive sampling and analyzed using PLS-SEM. The results show that workplace telepressure increases burnout, while organizational support reduces burnout and turnover intention. Burnout fully mediates the relationship between telepressure and turnover intention and partially mediates the effect of organizational support. These findings highlight the importance of organizational support and clear boundaries for after-hours digital communication.
