Developing creativity and collaboration is a crucial 21st-century skill for students; however, schools still face challenges, such as the dominance of lecture methods that make students passive and limit their collaboration skills. This study aims to analyze the development of students' creativity and collaboration through the ecoprint extracurricular program at SMP Negeri 1 Mojotengah. The research employed a qualitative approach with a case study design. The research subjects were four teacher mentors of the ecoprint program selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and documentation, then analyzed using the Miles and Huberman interactive model. The study ensured data validity through source and method triangulation and member checking. The results showed that the ecoprint program effectively develops students' creativity, as evidenced by the diversity of original designs in products such as wall hangings, tablecloths, and tote bags, and enhances collaboration through role division, teamwork assessment, and teacher mentoring. The main obstacles, namely lack of full mentoring and individual egos, were overcome by appointing group leaders and active supervision. The program's success reached 75% of the established target. This study concludes that the ecoprint extracurricular program is an effective contextual learning strategy in developing students' creativity and collaboration while providing holistic impacts on environmental literacy, artistic appreciation, and entrepreneurial spirit
