This study aims to measure the effect of workload, teamwork, and competence on employee productivity of PT Garuda Media Telematics Jombang. Researchers use a quantitative approach to dissect the problem. All 38 technicians became the study population through the application of saturated sampling technique. Researchers collect research data through observation, interviews, documentation, and dissemination of questionnaires. Data processing relies on multiple linear regression analysis with the help of IBM SPSS Statistics 25. The results of the study provide the following conclusions: 1) workload triggers a significant increase in work productivity with a significance value of 0.030 < 0.05 and t count 2.262 > t table 2.028; 2) team work does not have a significant impact on work productivity because the significance value of 0.149 > 0.05 and t count 1.476 > t table 2.028; 3) competence contributes positively and significantly to work productivity through a significance value of 0.018 < 0.05 and t count 2.487 > t table 2.028; and 4) workload, teamwork, and competence collectively showed a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05 and F count 86.963 > 2.88.
