Without the technology and information systems, problems will arise in the data processing and reporting process. The problems experienced by PO Hera are the slow processing of data and reporting every month. The design of the study was a descriptive research design. Data collection methods used are interview methods, documentation studies and literature studies. System analysis and design techniques are object oriented techniques. The modeling tool is the Unified Modeling Language (UML). System design applications used are database design with Microsoft Access 2010 and application design with Microsoft Visual Basic. Net 2010 and design reports with Crystal Report 13. This research was made to issue information and sales systems that contain purchase transactions, purchase returns, sales, return on sales, repayment, maturity. Make purchase, repurchase, sales, resale, item preparation, repayment, maturity, bestselling, chart sales. The conclusion of the results of this study is a system that has been used to process data in the context and help the process that has been made by making more effective reports. Suggestions from the authors with the proposed system are human resources, always backing up the database and providing electricity supply for electronic devices and data due to the influence of electricity.
