<![CDATA[The development of competition in the business world in the health sector is very high. Every business entity always strives to improve the quality of various aspects, including information system aspects which play an important role in supporting the development of an institution. The availability of fast, accurate and timely information will greatly assist management in carrying out operational activities, especially when making important decisions by choosing a number of existing alternatives, a clinic is a health service facility that provides individual health services providing basic or specific medical services, organized by more than one type of health and led by several medical personnel. In midwifery practice, starting from patient registration, inputting patient data, diagnosing and prescribing, payments and data reports, the manual method is still used, which method is considered to be ineffective. Researchers used descriptive method as a research design. Data collection methods used are interview techniques, field observations, book literature. The system analysis and design techniques used in this research are HyperText Preprocessor (PHP), Unified Modeling Language (UML). The system design technique used in this research is the application of Adobe Dreamweaver CS6, PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XAMPP and MySQL. The results to be achieved from an effective and efficient online-based patient registration information system at BM Antonia Inawati Landak.
