This study examines the influence of work environment and job rotation on employee performance at PT Era Mulya Citra Warna, both partially and simultaneously. A quantitative approach was applied using a saturated sampling technique involving all 74 employees as respondents. Data were collected through a Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed with IBM SPSS Statistics version 27 through validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination, t-tests, and an F-test. The findings show that the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (B = 0.390; t = 6.433; p < 0.001), while job rotation also has a positive and significant effect (B = 0.460; t = 7.146; p < 0.001). Simultaneously, both variables significantly affect employee performance (F = 286.967; p < 0.001) with R² = 0.890. Job rotation shows the larger standardized coefficient (Beta = 0.520) compared with the work environment (Beta = 0.468), indicating the stronger relative contribution in the estimated model.
