This study aims to analyze the effect of work environment and work discipline on employee performance at CV Pradhana Mandiri Jaya. This research used a quantitative approach. The research data were obtained through questionnaires distributed to employees of CV Pradhana Mandiri Jaya and analyzed using multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS. The analysis included validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, t-test, F-test, and coefficient of determination. The results showed that the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work discipline also has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Simultaneously, work environment and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The Adjusted R Square value of 0.627 indicates that 62.7% of the variation in employee performance can be explained by work environment and work discipline, while the remaining 37.3% is explained by other factors not examined in this study. These findings indicate that improving work environment conditions and strengthening work discipline are important to support employee performance.
