Public facility damage reporting faces challenges related to data reliability, duplicate reports, and the lack of prioritization mechanisms. This study develops a web-based reporting platform integrating Crowdsourcing Validation and Priority Scoring. The study was conducted in Wangunjaya Village through analysis, design, implementation, testing, and evaluation involving 9 respondents. The system enables users to submit and validate reports and generates priorities based on damage severity, similar reports, and reporting time. Black Box Testing showed that all major functions operated as required. Evaluation showed that 88.9% of respondents successfully submitted reports and understood the validation process, while 88.9% considered the prioritization feature useful for identifying urgent reports. Average user satisfaction reached 4.2 out of 5. These results indicate that the integration of both methods can support report quality and effective prioritization.
