<![CDATA[The selection of the Production Coordinator for Network B at PT Arteria Daya Mulia is still conducted subjectively and relies on manual data processing, resulting in a non-standardized evaluation process that is prone to errors. This study aims to design a web-based Decision Support System (DSS) by integrating the Multifactor Evaluation Process (MFEP) and Additive Ratio Assessment (ARAS) methods to assist in the selection process for the Net B Production Coordinator. The MFEP method is used to determine weights and evaluate five criteria: Production Waste, Boat Replacement, Lost Time, 5S Assessment Results, and Leadership. The assessment results are then processed using the ARAS method to obtain utility values and rank the candidates. Test results for the seven candidates showed that Juniah achieved the highest utility value of 0.853 and was recommended as the candidate for the Net B Production Coordinator position. The application of the MFEP and ARAS methods in a web-based system can help produce a more structured and objective evaluation process and support decision-making regarding job promotions.]]>
