<![CDATA[The postpartum period is a critical phase that requires continuous monitoring because maternal complications may occur after childbirth and may be recognized late when mothers and families have limited knowledge of warning signs and postnatal care schedules. This community service activity aimed to provide education to postpartum mothers and families about postpartum danger signs and the importance of completing postnatal care visits. The activity was conducted at Posyandu ILP Tanjung 1 Kompi Markas in the working area of Sungai Durian Public Health Center, Sintang, in 2026. The activity used a health education approach through an interactive lecture, discussion, and question-and-answer session, supported by a leaflet. The target participants were postpartum mothers and their families. The activity process ran according to the planned schedule, participants actively followed the education and discussion, and participants were able to answer questions concerning postpartum danger signs and explain the importance of completing postnatal visits through 42 days after childbirth. The activity indicates that structured, community-based education can strengthen mothers' and families' understanding of postpartum warning signs and postnatal care utilization. Continuous education through Posyandu and primary health services is recommended to reinforce early recognition of complications and timely care-seeking.]]>
