Agricultural digitalization has considerable potential to improve productivity and sustainability in Indonesia. However, farmers’ adoption of digital technologies remains constrained by inadequate infrastructure, limited digital literacy, and financial barriers. This systematic review examines farmers’ adaptation strategies by synthesizing studies on technology adoption, livelihood changes, and institutional support. The findings indicate uneven levels of digital readiness, particularly in rural areas, while also identifying promising practices, including social media marketing, cyber extension platforms, and adaptive farming approaches. The review highlights the importance of training, infrastructure development, and government support in promoting an inclusive digital transformation. This study contributes to the understanding of agricultural digitalization in Indonesia and offers recommendations to support farmers’ effective and sustainable adaptation.
