<![CDATA[Teacher performance evaluation is an important aspect of improving educational quality in schools. However, teacher performance measurement at Madrasah Aliyah Al-I’dadiyyah Bahrul’ulum Jombang is still conducted manually using forms and conventional records, making the process less effective, time-consuming, and prone to errors. This study aims to design and develop a web-based Teacher Performance Measurement Information System to support an effective and integrated evaluation process. The research used descriptive qualitative methods, with interviews, observations, and documentation. The system used the Waterfall model with PHP, the CodeIgniter framework, and MySQL. Testing was conducted using Black Box Testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Black Box Testing showed that all scenarios passed. UAT involved 17 respondents and 10 questions, achieving effectiveness rates of 94.11% in evaluation, 89.41% in reducing obstacles and errors, and 92.65% in supporting monitoring and decision-making. These results indicate that the system is highly effective for digital teacher performance evaluation.]]>
