<![CDATA[The Community Service Program (KKN) conducted in Tuwi Empeuk Village, East Woyla District, West Aceh Regency, focused on enhancing road safety by implementing delineators as illumination devices at road curves. The objectives of implementing the delineator program at road curves were: 1) To provide warnings against high-speed driving at curves, 2) To prevent accidents from oncoming traffic, 3) To encourage and motivate the community to exercise greater caution while driving, and 4) To increase nighttime visibility to assist drivers in identifying road boundaries despite minimal lighting. This program employed a participatory action approach combined with field observation, in which students, village officials, and local community members jointly conducted site surveys, prepared materials, and carried out the manufacturing and installation of delineators through structured phases. Active community participation fostered a sense of ownership and enhanced collective awareness regarding the importance of traffic safety. Field observation following installation indicated increased community and driver awareness of road conditions and a perceived reduction in accident risk at the curve, although this outcome was not yet measured against quantitative traffic-accident indicators.]]>
