This study aims to determine the influence of the work environment and work discipline on employee performance at PT. Suryajaya Bumi Kencana. The population consists of all 30 employees of PT. Suryajaya Bumi Kencana; consequently, a saturated sampling technique was employed. Data were collected via questionnaires, while analysis involved validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, t-tests, F-tests, and the coefficient of determination, using SPSS version 27 software. The results indicate that the work environment has a positive and significant partial effect on employee performance, evidenced by a t-count of 2.182 (exceeding the t-table value of 1.701) and a significance level of 0.038 (below 0.05). Work discipline also exerts a positive and significant effect on employee performance, with a t-count of 4.246 (exceeding the t-table value of 1.701) and a significance level of 0.001 (below 0.05). Simultaneously, the work environment and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, with an F-count of 21.083 (exceeding the F-table value of 3.34) and a significance level below 0.05. The coefficient of determination reveals that the work environment and work discipline collectively explain 61.0% of the variation in employee performance, while the remaining 39.0% is influenced by variables outside the scope of this study. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that improving the quality of the work environment, supported by the implementation of sound work discipline, can enhance employee performance at PT. Suryajaya Bumi Kencana.
