This study aims to determine and analyze the effects of compensation, work environment, and leadership style on employee job satisfaction at Herman Dody Tanumihardja & Partners Public Accounting Firm. This study employed a descriptive quantitative method using a questionnaire as the research instrument. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression to examine the effects of each independent variable on employee job satisfaction. Sampling was conducted using a saturated sampling technique (census), involving 35 employees as respondents. Data were collected through a questionnaire using a Likert scale and subsequently processed using IBM SPSS Statistics version 22. The results showed that compensation had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction (t = 5.372; sig. = 0.000). The work environment also had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction (t = 2.921; sig. = 0.006). Meanwhile, leadership style had no significant effect on job satisfaction (t = 0.502; sig. = 0.619). Overall, the three independent variables were able to explain 80.5% of the variation in employee job satisfaction (R² = 0.805), while the remaining variation was influenced by other factors outside the research model.
