<![CDATA[This community service program was conducted at Pondok Pesantren Nafidatunnajah to address the manual and fragmented management of Scout extracurricular activities. The program aimed to implement and assist the use of a Google Sites-based digital Scout system as a medium for information, administration, attendance, documentation, and activity evaluation. The implementation method consisted of partner needs observation, portal design, Google Sites implementation integrated with Google Forms, Google Sheets, and Google Drive, user mentoring, simulation, and evaluation. The activity involved 20 participants consisting of Scout supervisors, activity managers, and students. The results showed that the digital Scout portal was successfully developed and could be accessed easily, helped organize administration, stored documentation systematically, and improved partners' understanding of managing the system independently. This system provides a simple and sustainable solution to support the digital transformation of extracurricular activities in pesantren environments.]]>
