This study aims to analyze the effect of labor, supervision, and motivation on employee performance at Shopee Hub Belawan, one of the main e-commerce logistics centers in North Sumatra. The research method used is a quantitative approach with an associative causal design and saturated sampling technique, involving the entire employee population of 42 people. Data analysis was carried out through multiple linear regression tests, t tests, F tests, and classical assumption testing. The results showed that labor and supervision variables had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, while motivation had a significant negative effect. Simultaneously, the three variables have a significant influence on performance, with a coefficient of determination (Adjusted R²) of 79.3%, which means that most of the variation in performance can be explained by the independent variables. This finding indicates that proper human resource management, particularly in terms of workforce quality and supervision systems, is key in improving the efficiency of e-commerce logistics operations. Conversely, motivation strategies that are not contextually appropriate can actually reduce employee performance. This research provides practical contributions in the development of logistics performance management as well as theoretical implications on the contextual influence of work motivation.
