Resto Lampoh Pamulang is an SME in the food and beverage industry that still manages ordering, transaction recording, payments, and sales reporting manually, resulting in operational inefficiency, recording errors, delayed reporting, and difficulties in decision-making. This study aims to analyze user needs, design, develop, and evaluate a web-based Point of Sale (POS) system to support the digitization of processes. The system was developed using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method, consisting of Requirements Planning, User Design, Construction, and Cutover phases. The Kanban method was applied during development to manage workflow through a Kanban Board and Work In Progress (WIP) limits. Functional testing used Black Box Testing assisted by Selenium IDE, while user experience was evaluated using a User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) involving customers and employees. The results show that the POS system successfully integrates ordering, payment transactions, Kitchen Display System (KDS), menu management, and sales reporting in one platform. Black Box Testing confirmed that all scenarios met functional requirements. UEQ results showed positive ratings across all aspects, indicating that the system is understandable, efficient, and provides a positive user experience.
