<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline and work ethic on employee productivity at PT Rodaniaga Kokoh Nusantara, Tangerang Regency. The research uses a quantitative descriptive method with an associative causal approach. The population comprised 60 employees, and the entire population was taken as the sample using a saturated sampling technique. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and questionnaires with a five-point Likert scale, then analysed using validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, simple and multiple linear regression, correlation and determination coefficients, and hypothesis testing (t-test and F-test) with SPSS version 25. The results show that work discipline (X1) has a positive and significant partial effect on employee productivity (t = 4.061 > 2.001; sig. 0.000 < 0.05). Work ethic (X2) also has a positive and significant partial effect (t = 7.093 > 2.001; sig. 0.000 < 0.05). Simultaneously, both variables significantly affect employee productivity (F = 25.316 > 4.010; sig. 0.000 < 0.05). The correlation coefficient (R) of 0.686 indicates a strong relationship, and the coefficient of determination of 0.470 shows that 47% of the variation in employee productivity is explained by both variables, while the remaining 53% is influenced by other factors outside the model.]]>
