<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the implementation of a sales cooperation agreement regarding fish farming produce between farmers in Songgon District and the Genteng Fish Seed Center (BBI Genteng) from a Sharia economic perspective. The research is motivated by the importance of enhancing family economic resilience through the fisheries sector and the application of agreements that adhere to Sharia principles. A qualitative case study approach was employed, utilizing observation, interviews, and documentation, alongside descriptive analysis—comprising data collection, reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing—validated through triangulation. The findings indicate that the collaboration between the farmers and BBI Genteng is conducted simply through verbal communication rather than a written contract, yet it operates based on trust, transparency, and mutual benefit. The transactions comply with Sharia economic principles and can be categorized as a bai’ al-musawamah agreement, as the price is determined through negotiation without the obligation to disclose capital costs or profit margins. Consequently, this collaboration is Sharia-compliant and supports the economic sustainability of the fish farmers' families.]]>
