Low-income urban areas continue to face the challenges of existing risks in terms of the family's limited knowledge of personal finance and the unavailability of entrepreneurship learning within the family unit. The challenge is observed in the Cipayung Urban Village in East Jakarta, Indonesia. Notwithstanding the availability of the Payung Tunas Teratai RTPRA Library and the engagement of the youth. The problem is resolved through the intervention program offered in this community service activity, which adopts a family-centred approach comprising youth entrepreneurship, collaboration between mothers and children, experiential learning, and environmentally responsible conditions. The study adopted a quasi-experimental approach with participation from 30 students in primary and low-secondary schools. The program was executed through a comprehensive structured three-level training. Observation, in-depth interviewing, and pre- and post-testing were employed. The data was systematically interpreted through a mixed-methods strategy comprising descriptive quantitative methodology. The research proves the effectiveness of the family-centred approach in improving the students' knowledge in terms of personal finance, saving habit, basic accounting knowledge, and introduced concepts for personal and family entrepreneurship. As a collective dimension of the research findings, the project proves that gamification strategies can have a profound potential in the family-centred approach.
