CV. Banu Jaya is a company engaged in the supply of vegetables, fruits, and kitchen spices for restaurants and hotels. In carrying out its business processes, the company still uses manual methods for stock data collection, recording the incoming and outgoing goods, and preparing reports, resulting in frequent recording errors and food spoilage due to unmonitored stock levels. To overcome these problems, a web-based inventory information system was designed by implementing the FIFO (First In First Out) method. This research uses the Rapid Application Development (RAD) system development method, consisting of the stages of requirements planning, design workshop, and implementation. The system was designed using Next.js as a framework and PostgreSQL as a database. The system design model is illustrated through UML diagrams, including use case diagrams, activity diagrams, sequence diagrams, and class diagrams. The results of the study show that the developed information system is able to facilitate efficient and effective inventory management, maintain the selling value of food ingredients through the implementation of FIFO, and support automatic and accurate transaction reporting processes. The system has also undergone testing using the black box testing method and showed valid results for each tested feature.
